Shipping & Delivery
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 - 7 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock, we then process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-4 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com. If there is a shipping delay for any reason past the 2- 4 business days, we will contact you via e-mail.
Free Shipping Offer:
At Modern Farmhouse Envy, we offer Free Ground Shipping in the contiguous US. Sorry, shipping is not available to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes, Military Addresses or World Wide.
Many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee delivery times. Modern Farmhouse Envy is not responsible for monetary loss caused by late deliveries.
Your package will be delivered by FedEx, UPS or USPS. Fedex and USPS may deliver on Saturdays depending on your area. Expect delivery within 5-7 business days. Shipping is not available to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes or Military Addressesn or World Wide.
Large and heavy products ship LTL freight on a pallet. Expect delivery typically within 7 business days. The Freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time. You need to make sure someone is home when the delivery takes place. The driver will place the package curbside at the end of your driveway.
Signature Required at Delivery
All freight items and some parcel items require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are unavailable to sign and receive the shipment, after three attempts the shipping carrier will return the order. You will be responsible for all restocking fees and shipping charges on products that are returned to the manufacturer.
All items must be inspected for damages within 1 day of receipt. Please contact us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please carefully inspect the package before signing for it. Try to open the box and visually inspect before signing. If you notice any visible damage on the outer packaging please make a note on the delivery receipt indicating damage. If the driver does not allow you to open the box for inspection before signing please write this on the delivery receipt: "Damaged until further inspection". Your signature is a binding contract, by signing without proper notation means that the shipment was delivered and received in good order and condition. If there are any damages, you have 1 business day to inform us by email. Include a detailed description and images of the damage and outer packaging.
