Cancellations, Returns & Refund Policy


If you need to cancel and order, please contact us immediately at

  • If your order has not shipped, it may be cancelled for a full refund.
  • If your order has shipped, it will be treated as a return. See below for return information and refunds.


Pre- authorized Return: All returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact us at

30 Days: All returns must be requested within 30 days of ship date.  If not, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

25% Re-Stocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Condition: Items must be in its original packaging and in mint condition.  No items may be returned after installation or attempt of installation.

Return Shipping: Except in the case of damaged or defective items, customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Exchanges: Contact us within 30 days to request an exchange.



Full Refunds: Full refunds and/or replacement items may be issued in the event of damaged or defective items that are received.  Full refunds and/or replacements may also be issued in the event of wrong items shipped, due to our error.

Refund Payment Release: Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification via email that the return was received and a notification of approval or rejection of a refund. If it is approved, then a full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.


Shipping Damages:

Ground Shipping: All items must be inspected for damages within 1 day of receipt.  Please contact us immediately by email.

 Freight Shipments:  Please carefully inspect the package before signing for it.  Try to open the box and visually inspect before signing.  If you notice any visible damage on the outer packaging please make a note on the delivery receipt indicating it. Write this on the delivery receipt: "Damaged subject to inspection".  Your signature is a binding contract, by signing without proper notation means that the shipment was delivered and received in good order and condition. If not signed, this will delay your claim process. If you fail to notate any and all damages when the shipment is received, please email/phone the carrier immediately to report the damage. If there are any damages, you have 1 business day to inform us by email. Include a detailed description and images of the damage and outer packaging.
